Return Policy & Order Cancellation
Birdie’s accepts returns of products in the same condition as when purchased. If a product is defective at the time of purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card. This does not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
We may cancel an order if an inventory error makes an item unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you and promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
